Specialchem ​​FASADA CLEAN is a plaster cleaning agent that works on the principle active foam, ideally suited for cleaning all types of plasters and facades. It works perfectly on acrylic, silicate, silicone plasters, as well as on concrete, brick, clinker, sandstones, limestones, granite and other mineral surfaces.

Safe to use, does not contain strong acids, which makes it suitable for both professional companies and individual users. Specialchem ​​FASADA CLEAN plaster cleaner effectively removes dark deposits, plant discolorations, bird droppings, black streaks and dirt created during everyday use, refreshing the appearance of building facades and fences.

It can be used in hand washingin high pressure devices and cleaning machines. Unlike acidic preparations, it is safe for the cleaned surface and vegetation, it is biodegradable and does not contain solvents.

Specialchem ​​FASADA CLEAN plaster cleaning agent is a preparation designed for effective cleaning of facades finished with thin-layer decorative plasters, such as acrylic, mineral, silicate, silicate-silicone and silicone plasters. The product is also ideal for washing paving stones, concrete and ceramic roof tiles, plastics, clinker, facade cladding, brick and glass. It can be used both indoors and outdoors, making it a versatile solution for the care of various surfaces.

Instructions for use of Specialchem ​​FASADA CLEAN plaster cleaning agent:

It is recommended to use glasses i protective gloves during use. Then apply on slightly damp surface. Before use, test on an inconspicuous area of ​​the surface and do not use on aluminum. Surfaces that are not to be cleaned should be protect against cleaning.

Depending on the application method and degree of contamination, use concentrate or dilute to maximum 1:10.

Garden sprayer:

• Dilute minimum 1:1 with tap water.
• Lightly dampen the surface to be cleaned, then spray the cleaning agent.
• Do not allow the agent to dry on the surface; if it begins to dry, moisten slightly with water.
• The preparation should lie on the surface of approximately 5 to 10 minutes. In particularly dirty areas, brush and then rinse with pressurized water or water from a pressure washer.

Foaming machine:

• Use concentrate and lightly moisten the surface to be cleaned.
• Using a foam brush, apply the foam evenly onto the surface.
• Do not allow the agent to dry on the surface; if it begins to dry, moisten slightly with water.
• Let the product work for 5 to 10 minutes, then in extremely dirty areas, brush and rinse with pressurized water or water from a pressure washer.
