NANO-BAU FACADE PROTECT H100 is a water-based and colorless hydrophobic impregnation based on Nanotechnology, created to ensure long-term protection acrylic, silicone, silicate and mineral plasters. The product effectively protects facades against dirt, moisture, rain and other atmospheric and microbiological factors.

It works by creating a plaster on the surface. ultra thin, nanometric, invisible protective layer, which effectively repels water and prevents it from penetrating into the surface.

A description of the action:

The hydrophobic impregnation based on nanotechnology uses silicon nano particles, which permanently bond with the structure of the plaster surface for many years. Thanks to this, the impregnation creates an invisible hydrophobic nano-coating, which not only effectively repels water, but also limits the deposition of pollutants transported by rainwater and soot. Additionally, it protects surfaces against the formation of green and gray lichens, fungi, molds and mosses.

Hydrophobic impregnation prevents walls and facades from soaking with rainwater, which helps maintain the original level thermal insulation of buildings. In addition, this coating is characterized by properties self-cleaning, which makes it much easier to keep the plaster surface clean.

  • 5 liters: Coverage ranges from 83,3 to 125 m²
  • 10 liters: Covers 166,7 to 250 m²

Instructions for use of NANO-BAU FASADA PROTECT H100:

  1. Recommended application tools: garden sprinkler, paint sprayer (HVLP), brush or roller.
  2. Surface preparation: Cover glass and metal surfaces with foil to prevent them from getting dirty. If dirty, clean them as soon as possible. The surface should be clean and dry before applying the preparation.
  3. Preparation of the preparation: Shake well before use – do not dilute.
  4. Application: Evenly apply the impregnation to the plaster surface to slightly dampen it. Apply one or two coats wet on wet, depending on your needs.
  5. Drying time: After applying the impregnation, leave the plaster to dry for approximately 3 hours.
  6. Efficiency test: After drying, check if the impregnation is working effectively by pouring water on the surface. If the water beads on the surface and does not soak into the plaster, it means that the hydrophobic impregnation is effective.
