NANO-BAU Pebbles Glazer, a shiny impregnation for pebbles

Impregnate based on a polymer, intended for glazing pebbles, grits and other absorbent and non-absorbent stones. The preparation creates a layer of a thin, slightly shiny film on the protected surface of the stones. The preparation was created to emphasize the colors and texture of pebbles, giving them an attractive appearance that resembles a surface that has just been flooded with water.

Thanks to the impregnation, water and dirt do not penetrate inside, and the hydrophobic impregnation itself protects the stones against the growth of mosses and algae.

Hydrophobization also affects the strength of the stone substrate and increases its frost resistance. In the autumn and winter, frost makes the stone more exposed to freezing of the moisture contained in it, which causes internal micro-stresses and micro-cracks and, consequently, its chipping. The preparation is not used on surfaces made of polished stone.

Efficiency:

0,1 l/m2 or about 1 l per 20 kg of pebbles - the consumption depends on the application technique and the absorbency of the substrate.

How to use:

• Remember, at the beginning of work, always make a test and check if the effect is desired!
• The material prepared for impregnation must be clean and dry.
• Apply the appropriate amount of the preparation to the material by spraying or brushing.
