NANO-BAU Solar Care Kit is a comprehensive set for protecting and impregnating the surface of solar and photovoltaic installations.

The silicon nanoparticles used in the preparation chemically combine with the substrate and strongly hydrophobicize the surfaces, giving them dirt-repellent properties. Hydrophobic impregnation means that rainwater, which transports dirt, does not dry on the protected surface, but flows off it under the influence of gravity, leaving the surface clean.

In the winter, the impregnation increases the slip of snow, causing its faster spontaneous removal. All these factors increase the energy efficiency of solar and photovoltaic installations.

The applied impregnation does not limit translucency.

Another advantage of the use of the coating is the extension of the cycles of washing the surface of photovoltaic panels.

The advantage of the coating is long-term operation, which is up to 5 years.

An additional effect is the easy to clean function. This means that even a dirty surface requires less time and chemicals to clean it.

How to use:

Plan the impregnation so that after its completion it does not rain for a minimum of 6 hours.

For the impregnation of photovoltaic panels to be particularly effective - it is recommended to wash the surface of the panels with a cleaning foam, e.g. NANO-BAU SOLAR CLEAN FOAM.

Impregnation should not be carried out in strong sunlight so that the surface is not strongly heated. Use on a dry and clean surface.

1. The set consists of two preparations. NANO-BAU SOLAR CARE - CLEAN is a preparation intended for degreasing previously washed surfaces. Spray on a cloth or mop pad and wipe the surface.
2. NANO-BAU SOLAR CARE - COAT is a proper impregnation that is applied immediately after degreasing the surface.
3. Use a dry and clean mop pad or cloth to apply. Spray several times on a cloth or mop pad so that it is slightly moistened with the preparation and then wipe the panels so as not to leave unprotected places. When wiping, the cloth or mop should leave a wet trace, if it is not visible, spray the mop cover or cloth again several times. Repeat the process until the entire surface is impregnated.
4. If the preparation leaves streaks, it can be wiped again with the SOLAR CARE - CLEAN cleaning agent.

NOTE: The preparation is used on surfaces such as: plastic, rubber, polycarbonate and metal, dedicated products are used for these surfaces.
